Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Dow Chemical layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Everyone at Dow works really hard. 16 hour days 7 days a week.
Celenese had bad earnings too; chemical industry having bit of trouble in automotive, construction. Not sure how Dow avoids layoffs, especially as they need to ensure that dividend gets covered. The good news from past is once they cut the industry usually improves.
