Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Wheel of Karma

Propel fuels wants to triple the $604.9 million damages award it received in its case against Phillips 66.

The best way to run off Go-Go and his miserable band of high water, skinny pants, no sock showing, baby beard growing, hand lotioned, twinkle toe shoe wearing, salad eating, smart people is with a $1.8 bn penalty. The kind people at Elliot might just see fit to chew up and sp-t out these stuffed shirts.

Since Phillips 66's misappropriation was willful and malicious, please contact the attorney's at Kobre&Kim - just Google Propel fuels and Kobre&Kim. The more evidence they have of this sort of malicious behavior being standard practice at P66, the better the chances of a higher payout.

After all what's Honor, Safety and Commitment all about, if you can't use it to hold the 15th floor accountable.

When a company betrays its employees, karma can be a real b*tch.

@1gvs+1vlVZCqh if Go-Go can't see clear threats to P66's business like the Propel Fuels case then he has no business being CEO. It's his job to minimize losses just as much as maximizing profit.

He may have not created the Propel Fuel's fiasco, but sure could've avoided it with a mutually agreeable settlement. Propel is a tiny company compared to P66, so leadership's arrogance cost at least $600mn.

If there's one thing that will sink P66, it's leadership's arrogance. They are committed to financial engineering, not positioning the company for long term success.

I don't think it's the CEO fault. Whoever came up with the RODEO business case and pushed it through should be responsible. We all know they made up the numbers.

We will be renamed to Propel 66 soon when they can’t pay the fine. Then Propel’s mgmt will be sporting that high water, skinny pants, no sock showing, baby beard growing, hand lotioned, twinkle toe shoe wearing, salad eating lifestyle.
