If the economy turns around, do you anticipate any Navistar International layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

@1gy1 what will be the severance package looks like
@1gy1 Didn’t this already happen though? I’ve been seeing layoffs of managers and now team restructuring.
Layoffs coming over next few weeks. Remote employees in R&D will be on the list. Will be asked to Relocate or be "forced" to quit. Company will save on severance pay too likely in that case. Following this, lower performing engineers from each team will be separated.
There are rumors of new layoffs but don’t know any details, anyone know?
Remote employees are next target. Performance based layoffs already happened last month in R&D.
Selective layoffs and restructuring are in process. It's all being done slowly with some decent parting packages.
No plans for RIF's as I have been told or seen
Orders down, what do you think? RIFs have to happen when plants are shut down.
I got some information, truck orders are down enough to temporarily shut down plants. Not yet any word on a workforce reduction, but definitely some concerns.
Who wants to know and why? You sound like a goofball.
