HCA eliminated at least 20 medical coding/billing related jobs at the start of October 2025. They did not officially state how many but I was told through the grapevine it was at least 20.

Just heard of layoffs in the Denver market to be announced soon. Focus right now seems to be non-patient facing staff.

The ITG department's entire Business Analyst team was laid off; their last day of employment is August 31.

Some employees will see changes in employer this calendar year. Outsourcing is very much happening on some level.

Company appears to be evaluating IT positions to remove remote workers, Middle Management, contractors in favor of hiring in their India campus. Company CIO sent a general message on May 7, 2025 about them evaluating and optimizing how and where work is performed to improve standardization, efficiency, and innovation. Email goes on to say that the ITG Leadership is exploring additional opportunities to enhance capabilities in the India office and to stay tuned for more updates from leadership.

No work at many local area facilities for prn staff. And they are deducting yet another $1 hr after recently deducting $2 hr!
