Why is it that Fiserv brags about all time high stock prices yet is brutallly flogging all employees? What do they expect?

Someone brought up in staff why do they keep throwing the stock price in our face…the answer was so tacky…because “your performance “ basically impacts our wealth…so identified more wealth for those who receive stock
Old used and reused shabby laptops.. I’m certain Milwaukee/NYC don’t get rejected old used equipment
Plus they are basically spending BILLIONS in company funds to artificially juice the stock prices while they personally sell their stocks
Where's the profit coming from? From making you work more, a lot more, with real pay deduction.
