Post any information about potential or actual Goodyear Tire layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

I think it'l be bumpy and see what @1hrm had to say it's valid
3050 headcount over the next 2 years. Much of the targeted would be in Akron as outsourced to Costa Rica. Manager said it was deemed Costa Rica cost of living was too expensive. Other countries in the North America time zones were being looked at instead.
