I've made that mistake. I left Walmart for another retailer (rhymes with carpet) and ended up in the same position I was in previously: understaffed, overworked, the whole deal. I gained nothing but I lost my seniority and had to start again from square one. If you're new to Walmart, then by all means, go and explore. But if you're not, don't make the same mistake I did.
