Apollo is such a trash company.
West laid off the Intercall division March of 2020. The Intercall office was in Woburn Ma. It was very nice of "management" to let us know 90 days before they closed the doors that we were being canned. We were told that you could stay until March 31, 2020 and get a severance package or you could leave before that and not get a severance package of $8k plus unemployment and help getting another job from some fancy agency. I left Feb 2020 because I got a job and everyone else decided to stay. So those who stayed may have not gotten their little severance package for within these threads there is a post that mentions they did not get their money. The scam-demic occurred and its possible West closed down the office earlier than expected as a result and decided to not give the remaining employees their money.
Wish they would layoff in Notified Business Unit
It was the Televox division mostly but they have been doing layoffs in Televox and mosaic for the last several months.
Which business unit did they layoff 20 people?
Layoffs this week I heard for people over 15 years or more with the company, hit about 20 people
I got let go in 2021. I'm surprised they're still in business.

It was mention West liquidating in 2025. What makes you think it is liquidating? Is this just your assumption? Not being mean about it I was just curious if you heard something? I have been really wanting to know what will happen to PR/IR business unit. I know it is not much left at West and CEO last year on his call did state that plans are West will disolve. Thank you!!.

I know there are younger adults that need their jobs and I understand. So if it happens my heart will hurt for them. Hopefully everyone has participated in 401K and try to save a little. Times are hard and tough.
Either way you're leaving. The only question is whether or not you are leaving for free.
Severance package vs Leaving.
It all depends on your finical situation.
Currently the technology job market is a sh-t show. Major companies are reducing staff, Google, Meta, Dell, and the list goes on. With huge layoffs and restructuring may companies are not hiring, the October jobs market was week.
Leaving -- Would you rather have a "new" job you secure that is potently more stable? Not getting RIF? Not missing bills.
Severance package -- Big one time payout. Having to find a job before severance runs out, and before unemployment runs out.
You need to ways the pros and cons and really look at the current job market. Not only tech but your field. As well as how the industry is.
Why leave and walk away from the severance package?
This company is dead get out while you can!
