We close deals with help of sales and partner associates and then go ape sheet while we try and figure out how to deliver it. 17 approvals needed on everything and nothing really ever gets done

You're the reason sales has a terrible reputation. Sounds like sales and whatever sales partners should have thought about liabilities and what products actually exist when whatever backroom deal was signed. Why don't you understand or know what the product you're selling? Figure it out, or work on developing real skills and don't be in sales. Nobody respects people who don't know what the f*k they're talking about and then expect tech teams to wipe their shtty a**es.
Nobody notices I dont do any work. Why would i want to work. My salary will be the same.
