Don't hold your breath. It's been like this fri at least 4 years now.
Leave. Update your resume and find a way out. That's what I did. Fiserv is toxic and FB will continue to run it into the ground just like he did with the last 2 companies he "led".
I beat my meat regularly in the toilets/nursing areas.
The whole corporate culture is disturbing..and now this whole gratitude.. we should all step up and volunteer and give this holiday season and I get it..we all like to pitch in and contribute..but this is all while they basically have gps ankle bracelets on us…this gratitude is not working both ways…I see very little to no gratitude to the employees and I don’t mean a nice email..share the wealth.. that will not ever happen
You know you’re in the toilet when company wide emails have to be sent on proper toilet etiquette.
It really is in the toilet isn’t it, you can feel it around the place.
Not that Frankie and the boys give a fu-k, they know the job market is in the toilet and they’re testing how far they can push us.
Lots of people don’t want to hear it but the only way to fight back is to unionise en masse.
