Are there people at Juniper who seriously don’t know whether their position is under threat given the acquisition? If so then you’re so d-mb you probably should get canned.

The 50% number is utter and complete idiocy by a troll.

That said, they did announce 450M in "synergies", so the goal is about 2k jobs globally. HPE has already engaged in some painful trimming, so expecting some significant pain is realistic.

I don't believe 50% one bit. That's mist-man level nonsense. 10% would be a lot.

It's coming soon. Layoffs will happen between close day and December 6th. less than 50% retained. If you work in Cloud, Service Provider and Data Center, you are very likely safe. Everyone else will need to look for new jobs.
