First, we have been going through a long period of layoffs. People have been on edge for months. Second, we have been losing people left and right. My team lost a good chunk of people, and it’s now a pure mess and unmanageable workload. Mgmt is, per usual, useless. Third, we have been sent a message that we are worthless budget items, and can be let go any time, regardless of skills, experience and contribution. Basically, a recipe for not giving a cr-p about Dell and yourself in it.

And yet they have never produced anything that has led to actual IP that turned into Revenue. OCTO should be the first thing they cut or simply eliminate
