Talent wave is another contractor similar to randstand but again, belated benefits as with any contracted job.
I have worked with them for 2 clients. They are good. But not much benefits. You get 10 days of PTO and sick leave. Insurance is there, it’s a little expensive.
But nowadays its hard to reach them.
