SOUP IS POOR FOOD FOR POOR PEOPLE !
PPF = POOR PEOPLE FOOD
I can't imagine that they won't. For example, te company's IT department is overstaffed and they could get Indian workers to do a third to maybe half of the project management that is currently being done by American workers.
