Disheartening to see US employees laid off and traded for offshore. There’s vast drop in quality/integrity and increased toxicity in this workplace from what I observed. Q is changing for the worst. Promote within. Sad to see lots of top tier talent let go or leave…
It makes sense: Layoffs are pure business cost reductions reasons: the ratio is 6 headcount from India for 1 headcount from the US. Some US position based were held by dinosaurs people with decades of experience. How many employees from India are needed to fill those responsibilities?

All quiet at the moment. Momentum can build quick, but nothing is in progress for Jan/Feb
Layoffs notice in mid-January and termination by end-March based on rumors. Recently, most of rumors turned out to be true.
Any info about WiFi?
Ìts 11 or 12 % in Jan/Feb time frame. Mostly in the US and maybe some in Europe. The work will be shifted to BDC.
