There is a lot of dead weight (DEI and otherwise). Of course, DEI has made it worse - too much gender reverse discrimination - a lot of unqualified female workers. Do not trust Tucson HR - really bad.

So they have gone through first round of merging, re-aligning, then they will consolidate and sell properties/land and lease it back, then they will sell off pieces of companies. and more striping.
You will see Constant cut in R&D money, challenge this and challenge that.
Re-negotiating benefits etc.
All this steps are timed with quarterly report to wall str..
My advice start looking for a job. and buy RTX stock.
It’s crazy out there….DEI ……what?…..I get it, but it’s not a way to hire the best qualified people , it’s a way to cause racial disparity and bitterness among the new minorities. Hire the most talented, the most educated, the best qualified, the ones with the experience, I mean don’t look at people quotas look at qualifications because Lives depend on it, every day.
