There are clowns in NEX as well who hired senior directors without interview. There is no integrity left in intel leadership. They all behave like son in law of Intel. All rules only for lower grade employees.

All Tom, di-k and Harry hired in DCAI. What was Pallavi’s achievement to hire her as software CVP. She sc--wed up NEX software and freely moved to DCAI without delivering her promise. She will sc--w up DCAI by doing series of lay offs and restructure programs. Intel is bound to fail where senior leaders are su-king company. Checkout her PEs and SPEs under her.
