There appears to be an awful lot of new support job postings for the GSC with a required start date of November 25th. Put this with the comment from someone earlier about being asked to create training material ( in case HR asks) and things start to add up. Just google Global Payments Phillipines careers.

Makes sense, at least with the HSC it takes 8 weeks of training before they're put to the calls. If GSC is trained in the same timeframe, then that sets them to hit the phones in late January.
Which is, coincidentally, around when they've been doing their new routine "Happy New Year" layoffs.
Now its just to see who's getting hit.
