Grifols just layed off all assistant managers. They are trying to get 10 billion dollars over to europes cash flow. By laying people off, it freed 203 million immediately. This is per two different press releases.
In addition, at the centers they are opening slots to 12-15 people every 15 minutes with skeleton employees. The wait times for donors are now ridiculous. There is no physical way a center can meet the expectations.
Corporate also took away tee-shirt give aways, the food cupboards and bonuses. It was done quietly..
About 40 people were laid off this week in the Emeryville (CA) location.
