Yes, it is likely that 90 plus percent of employees will remain since there has been so much cutting. And labor costs can also be reduced by decreasing annual percent raises once the layoffs have cut everything to the bone.
But that's the way it is. Some companies concentrate on cutting labor costs while others create solid products and attract quality talent by offering good compensation to make their businesses grow and flourish.
But yeah, ADP needs to reduce labor costs, indeed a sad fact of life.
As is usually the case all areas will be asked to stack rank. Whether or not all areas are impacted is TBD. By in large most people don’t need to worry as we need a strong workforce so on the positive side 90% plus will remain, those are terrific odds. Companies like ours need to reduce labor costs, a sad fact of life.

Any updates? More and more companies started layoffs when it was expected for the tech sector to get better this year.
