what is RIF
too many indians coming as contractor the past 2 months.
and they don't even know how to talk properly
so you know what this means
it will always convert to more RIFs 6 months down the road
We have lots of Indians converted to fte from shady desi consultancies who can't even write a simple email but has 10 yoe or maybe they faked that too
Talking to them in person is better.
As for cbus, my lob had a few rifs last 2 months of 30 -35 ppl each
