Mgmt adjustment to 2024 bpf??

what are your thoughts on this happening? there has been historical precedent for both adjusting it up and down.... I feel like 2024 bpf will be adjusted DOWN 😭

no chance it gets adjusted down in my mind. the numbers have been too good to justify that, and he knows there will be mutiny after the SPS if he does it.

That would be the nail in the coffin not just for you but for the Shell staff… You already seen the SPS for benefits. Let’s use this as a measure if the C-suite cares.

Could be a quick way to meet Opex reduction targets....since Wael/Directors remuneration in terms of PSPs etc are tied to a rolling average....should work out ok for them. It was something else when BPF was set to zero during Covid years.

I hope it is adjusted down. That way more money is available for capital expenditure projects thar increase share holder value for the future. Giving more money to employees just leads them to buy frivolous things like an F250 Harlet edition.
