I think they've not said a word about bonus because they don't want an exodus. The communication has been abysmal for the last 3 years and I'll bet they'll wait to the absolute last minute to say no bonus for the year.

For those who say that ED and up will forego their bonus to find LD and below, keep dreaming. No one is so generous, even VPs have fancy bills to pay.
On the topic of keeping mum, don’t make this site create a false belief that people at CVS are d-mb. They know about no bonus. If they can find a better opportunity, they will leave. Finding a good opportunity is the troubling part. Anyways, bonus is tied to performance. Which is not good for whosoever’s fault. Hence there should be no expectations.

Most companies I’ve worked for when the leaders sc--w up they find a way to fund a smaller bonus for the lower levels, say LD and below. They will say ED and up don’t get a bonus, which will be true for the MIP portion of their bonus but will still get their equity incentives.
Its an abysmal jobs market bro.
