The coffee thing. She could show more empathy and compassion towards people being HR lead. It's a small thing, but coffee raises the spirits.

No coffee in the office is like having no water. Next thing to go is toilet paper.
Honestly I thought coffee was one of the first things that should go since it seemed like low hanging fruit. The Intel I’m at has locally roasted beans that make sense ethically but do cost money. In grad school, we had coffee machines and made our own coffee. I don’t think people would be reported for making coffee in their cubes.
