Medicare is doomed!

Need to get rid of all executive Directors. They are useless and don’t care about the employees. They will just work them to the grave to advance themselves. No Trust or respect!

Medicare and Medicaid are going to be eliminated 01/20/2025 and all funding ceased in Medical Plans including ACA were in trouble people. If there is going to be a Country then too is another question.

But they didn't hold them accountable. Sycophants. If you actually talk to people doing the work, most think lead Directors just kiss EDs as--s. It's become a joke. If you see a flaw or ask questions, you're branded a difficult.

If these people are so good at leadership, how come they don't move on into higher roles?

IMHO, the leaders need to hold those below them accountable. Aetna processes are a mess and they let that continue. They talk about streamlining and they seriously make things more complicated instead of simplifying. A total joke when entering something into a system takes longer than actually doing the task you're entering the info on. Ridiculous.

Let's see if GOP gets in they Privatize Medicare Medicaid completely. Great one problem they will also refund the Programs completely so no money. No Money means no plans no workers no more.

If you look at Director level and above, some of them only have 5-6 years experience. No wonder this place is going down. At different companies, 5-6 years are only consider senior analyst or new manager at most.

Actually AVPs and VPs are the one driving this company to the ground. They promote their friends and their bootlickers to those ED and D level.
