Oh, grow up people. I don't like driving 20 miles miles to work each way through heavy traffic either. But it is obvious that this is what the company wants to do. Just grow up! It's been six months of griping.
Honestly they don't care about us. So a letter will just end up in the garbage. We'd have to do something more drastic like a union or lawsuits haha even then it won't do much

These amazon people who did this are now on the next Amazon WFR list, i guarantee. Same thing would happen at Dell too since MD and JC (ESPECIALLY JC) cant handle any criticism, their egos are too fragile

@rkz+1vhoT74Q: Yes, everyone in DELL wants to return to office ASAP but management would not listen - they are happy to keep everyone remote and fire one by one folks without much hassle and friction..

Besides. Dell did an internal polling/study. They discovered overwhelmingly most employees wanted to go back into the office.
