How much time are the people spending on an "event", which is happening every other week? I see many regulars attending or planning the "events" (they're office parties really). Makes me wonder how much of their time are spent in their actual roles.
If you need so many parties to motivate the people, isn't this already a sign that motivation for the job itself has sailed ?
What's the real investment in people ? Paid to plan and attend parties ?

Wait till you find out how much it costs to throw these “parties.”
Spring office for sure!!! The Thirsty Thursdays, the all diversity events. When do people ever put down the work!!
Thus is why HP it's a top company ranked by Forbes, pathetic but I guess if 50k employees recommending this company it must be a good
all these parties vs ongoing WFR's
In Spring, there’s always some sort of lame party with bad food. Everyone is invited to go except the CWs I believe. I would rather get a bonus than HP thousands for food, decor, and prizes.
