I was nervous about the all hands to coming up! My team was asked to come up with training documentation. The reason was just in case HR asks. I'm not buying that. The GSC seems to be taking over more and more tasks as well. Thank you for your input!
Have not heard anything specific to Colorado. Still alot of chatter about streamlining and metrics. Easy way to get rid of people. Have the wrong title, dont mesh with your new boss, didnt make your employee plan goal, buh bye. I have been her almost 7 years and am burnt. Been told "now's not the time to ask for more anything." Fellow workers told, we are trying to get you a promotion, but just dont know don't when we can. Raises, Hahaha..just do more with less.
Customers are not happy. Asking why it takes so long to get anything done. Expect to see quite a few moves over the coming weeks. Right size office/territories, RTO discussions , budget cuts and more taks pushed to GSC. Wonder if cameron will tell us he is forgoing his bonus this year on the all hands.
