Our manager is pushing us to the limit every single day, constantly adding tasks until there aren’t enough hours to get everything done. At this point, I’m thinking if I’m going to be this overwhelmed and exhausted, I’d rather do it at a company that pays me more for my effort.

Do what you can and do it well, after that not completing the additional tasks is explainable. People will always push, you just need to be realistic with what is unrealistic!

This is a great example of why you need a union.. you should not be doing more work for the same pay unless you have renegotiated you job requirements with hr
I was doing my job grades work, the level above mine and some of the level above that for years before i finally got promoted.
Get used to it, it happens there all the time.
