I did not understand if the layoffs are complete since Pat said they will continue thru end of the year. I was under the impression Nov 15th is the last day for all ISPs. It sounds like there may be more ?

Well, they executed a complete layoff cycle within 1 quarter. They could do it again this quarter.
Since we've only saved $3B, two more CPM is to be expected by end of 2025....
Nov 15 is for US CPMs
