Freeze wages, offer no RSU grants, and then enforce 5-day kindergarten RTO (parking + gas + daycare). And tell employees that they didn't really do anything and can go work elsewhere. Really classy Matt! And a mere five months of experience in a CEO role. Maybe get some CEO coaching before you lose 60% of your employees?

It's simple. People working remote do daycare and work together! Kids make great programmers too. Incompetent C-suite is what actually gets these mandates. They make the best employees leave, discourage future job applicants, and are stuck with low-mid performers.
I don't understand how people act like they don't have to do daycare if they are remote. You need childcare regardless. Abusing remote privileges is what gets these mandates.
