Lately, the TSYS management at India site is unclear about the goals and expectations set by the GPN. It seems as each merger (with GP) day passed, transparency diminished day by day. Today we are unclear what lies ahead in the coming days. All goals and expectations seem muddled. Does anyone have any information what to expect in coming months? Will there be cost cutting, more layoffs, product drops?

I mean what is to stop more cuts. Did you notice the stock price going up? I love how Cameron started off his tenure about culture that was just a joke. Oh I heard more cuts in December. I forget which of the new guys worked at GE but that is what they did all the time. It is nothing but chaos now. Oh and the people who were let go and the ones still there are struggling to make things happen and asking for information since there was not a turnover. Some people went back but lot less money. Especially if they were leaders. Why couldn’t they just have told the people that were leaders and who worked hours on end that they needed to cut and if you want to stay take an individual contributor role. The clients are pi---d and should be. They just have SDM’s beat the people up now to get something done faster.
Oh, you think GP2025 is about saving money? No, no, no! It's clearly a bold new investment strategy! We're just "investing" in cheaper contractors and "investing" in cutting every corner imaginable. Forget about silly things like employee morale or product quality. Wall Street needs those profits, baby! And Cameron? Rumph? They're just spinning this masterpiece of corporate doublespeak.
What changes now? They may need some teammates for gp2025 initiative. Heard they are hiring lot many contractors from outside too. Cheap instead of full times. Goal is to show good revenue for them, dnt matter how it affects full time employees. Sad!
All of the above and soon. I was informed today my team would be changing yet again. Communication is horrible. I guess we will hear.more at the all hands.
