Omnissa is a Ponzi scheme from KKR. Fire all of them. IT management clowns who advocated for two ERPs (EBS and SAP) while in vmware and doomed vmware like Titanic.

Rob and all his sales team leaders have had a tough time regaining customer trust following KKR's acquisition. The VMware core account teams no longer support EUC requests to engage with key decision makers at our largest enterprise customers. The Omnissa pipeline forecast has been in a freefall. This leadership change was inevitable. I suspect that our senior sales directors will also struggle to keep their jobs, without Rob to protect them. KKR is focused on results, not employee friendships.

Wow. I can't confirm whether or not this is true. However, I've known and worked closely with Rob for many years and he is about as strong and effective of a sales leader as I've met in my 25+ years of working in high-tech GTM. If Rob's been sacked, no doubt he will land elsewhere soon. But it's probably not a good omen for Omnissa if such a talented, seasoned leader is unable to produce the revenue results they're seeking.
