I think Ds are bigger than MDs. MD is a mini deeeeeks
I am sure MDs and Ds stand for something.... I think they are Major Deeeek and just Deeeek. But they are all deeeeks.
I'm not the OP, but in my experience, Ds (vs. MDs). They want to achieve the MD's big picture agenda, and will do anything to their reports in order to achieve it. What makes things worse is that it's easy for the manipulative abuse from the D to remain hidden from the MD.
