Hoping someone can help. I was laid off in February and Citi still has not paid out my PTO/vacation days, about 10 days (8 from rollover and 2 from accrual). HR initially said that they days would be paid out with my last severance check in August. I've triple checked and it's not there. I have been messaging my old manager, their HR contact, several people across the globe who have no understanding of U.S. PTO payouts, and more. Probably messaged with a dozen people already and not happy to be talking to any of them. Are others having this issue? Does anyone have an HR contact that can resolve this quickly?

I think AI could be better than HR here, and lots upper management.
No Human HR reachable anyway. if you luckily reached a human, she/he will re-route you to non-human processing path, let you wait and hold, not sure how long.
This company it's wholly mess. I switched jobs before, I have to say this is the worst I have ever seen.
Tons useless training and emails talks about ethic and humanity, now I'm wondering they all try hard to play 'pretend we are human'.
Yet another example of HR doing a stellar job of sc--wing over an employee\ex-employee. All the more reason to lay HR off and replace them with AI and\or an outsourced HR company. There’s no way an HR outsourced company could care any less then the current Citi HR does.
This would be illegal. File a complaint with your state authorities. Wage theft is illegal in US.
You’re lucky - at least it was only 10 days leave. Some folks were laid off and haven’t yet received severance!
