Did you already submit the SARA form? (that severance form)
or is it better to submit towards the last day of Nov 15?
The reason is that there was a statement suggesting to submit it towards the end, or it doesn't matter

See bullet 19.i and make a choice when to sign.
If you’re hoping to get your payout in the following year for tax purposes… unlikely - they will do whatever they can to process all those payments in this fiscal year :)
With all the ‘takeover’ rumours, I’d sign it to secure your package
