Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Pat has sc--wed up SO badly

That the GOOD QUESTION of “who would replace him?” is starting to cease being a good question. We’re slowly drifting into the territory where a one month clean me-h head teeth optional who could follow a couple simple instructions could do a better job

  1. stop spending money on capital investments that will never make their money back. Can the Ohio fab. Can 18A. Lick Morris Chang’s toes until you get a discount. Stop pretending to be about national security while building factories in mainland China
  2. sincere apologies for past mistakes are fine but can the sweet talk and do substantive things to win back customers investors and employees in that order

Pat himself is of course capable of these things but he’d choke to death on the humble pie

3 years later and still a bunch of soft skill employees jerkin each other off instead of really increasing manufacturing and product development efforts

Wall Street style management was hurting Intel so many years. Basically it failed this great company. Pat seemed to have helpless plans and it took three years to prove it.
Happy Halloween!

"Pat is incapable of being humble" very interesting statement about a man who considers himself deeply religious. Part of the whole hypocrisy behind religion. That's OK he will pray to be better or confess his sins and the slate will be wiped clean. Meaningless rituals while he destroys the lives of his employees.

Intel is a failed company and the sharks are circling, it's only a matter of time.
