Total financial shell game happening here. Here’s the truth. Continue headcount reduction, bring in lower cost resources, claim victory, and watch PG and sourcing leadership leave with bonuses before an even further drop off in performance can be measured. This is a shameless attempt to demonstrate action from leaders incapable of supporting staff. It’s clear 3M leaders are unable to grow and drive capabilities that will deliver over the long run, and simply failing to do the hard work 3M needs in order to succeed.
