Harvest Midstream, the same company P66 sold their Belle Chasse Terminal (Alliance) to is buying out P66 of their Bakken assets. P66 has operated the Sacagawea pipeline and Keene/Palermo facilities since its inception. There weren’t a ton of Bakken employees but another shoe dropping in the name of selling off “non core” assets. So what exactly are “core” assets to P66, or is that a moving target?

Stoney isn’t core apparently.
Maybe I should start watching the Town Halls.
Nah, I think I’ll just continue to avoid them if I can.
They explain these things in the Townhall if you watch them and listen. Noncore meaning they aren’t integrated with other owned and operated assets so they are not part of the integrated strategy.
Consolidating to focus on the most profitable and critical infrastructure
Have a bad feeling that Lubricants is next.
I’m not sure anyone knows, especially the Go Go team.
