Is there one? We're drowning in work and despite our manager saying that we'd be getting at least two new additions to help out for months, nothing has happened. I can't figure out what's going on, but I do know that we won't be able to last like this for much longer.

Higher level jobs might get posted on the Crown job board as full time, but the lower level “worker” jobs seem to be going to contract agencies as temp positions
It’s interesting to note that many of the recent job postings have lower bands than before. For example, the Regional Sales Manager position is now classified as a P3. I’m curious if current Regional Managers in similar roles are being reclassified to align with the new band structure. This seems to be a trend across several positions posted.
No freeze, there are new postings weekly. Might be slow and might not be a lot but not a freeze.

There’s almost 50 now, a lot of positions that were let go with the last layoff
Check the internal jobs portal. Haven’t checked in a while but there used to over 150 open reqs. Last time I checked there were 15, so yeah i would say there’s a freeze.
