Can any Shell employees here recommend a good attorney in Houston who won against Shell? Thinking if I should get an attorney before signing my severance package.

Depends on if you have a good case. Texas is at will employment. And after the attorney take a cut, you are probably better off taking severance
The risk of losing more are greater ..... Judges do not like it when you waste their time ......
