Let’s just go ahead and get a layoff thread going because we all know it’s coming after that townhall.
Down 1800 clinicians?? Sorry about the su-ky benefits. What a joke.

You guys actually care about MSG?
It’s common knowledge in the industry it’s a laughing stock being prepped for VC.
Tell me this place isn’t your primary source of income?
Oh man 🧍♂️
Getting another job is NOT easy in this market, particularly for those in IT.
I applied to hundreds of jobs, had two first round interviews, and finally got a job on the third company interview.
The only people who don't want to leave are C-suiters, their friends, and the a-s-kissers who think they can be spared.
The job market is tough right now. Everyone should be actively looking, networking, and because remote jobs are the most competitive, be open to hybrid or in-office if your situation allows. If you want out, being flexible with your work environment and open to all options are key. This company is a dumpster fire and the leadership is a joke. It’s a shell of what we once knew and valued.
@1rne+1vf6bBdI Many are trying to get another job but that takes time. Rarely does that happen overnight. You really think anyone is sticking around MedSol or is wanting to stay?! They are trying to get out. But again that takes time and planning.
If you guys are so miserable, just go find another job.
What a joke as usual. And I love that they did not give people the option to ask a question anonymously, it was greyed out.
It was actually 1300, not 1800. Plus it also sounded like it was expected. However they didn’t specify if it was just central just to one brand or not. But what I am sick of is the “let’s look forward” message because it just translates to “stop asking us about layoffs”.
I also did catch someone pointing out that the gross increase in out of pocket maximums with the new 2025 health plans had less of an impact to higher earners in the company compared to the lower earners and asking what they planned to do to close the new gap coming next year. We probably already know the answer but I can’t wait to see how they address that one if at all.
They have to make space for more of their friends to come over and collect a pay day.
