We are making efforts
They don’t act on employee feedback from VoW. The various teams are inconsistently managed. Bad management hangs around as long as they are kissing the right butt. HR doesn’t enforce having job descriptions so the employees expectations can change as often as the wind blows. I could go on. Is there a company of this size that is run better? The combined HP used to be, but it had flaws too.
