Just looking for feedback on how everyone feels about HCL and the services they are providing. I won't comment, I'll leave it up to everyone else to supply the answers. It's obvouse they outsourced to cost cutting, just want to know if everyone else feels they are worth it.

I'm asking if HCL is doing a good job? Are you satisfied with the service they are giving you?
Anyone want to share what HCL stands for, otherwise I have no clue what this post is asking (and I'd guess others feel the same way as nobody has replied in 4 days).
