I’m at the tech side, and we will be heavily affected. Are there going to be structured rounds until the end of the year, or layoffs will be sprang on us whenever? If anyone has any information, please share.

Also all the affected ones were already informed and the WSJ report is inaccurate, 1400 redundancies in 2024 and not upcoming 1400.

My walking orders came completely out of the blue, at no stage was there any indication that this was coming. A whole distinguished career brought to an end in a letter with a sum that doesn't reflect the efforts I put into the company. For this to happen when the stock price is doing so well is the ultimate insult.
So much for Visa being a company that cares for its people and treats them with dignity and respect.
If they start notifying from Monday until when this would continue??
