But it won’t be a job at Microsoft, Meta, Google or the likes. Those companies are not interested in fired Amazon employees who were not Team players due to lack of following company rules. So that leaves jobs you will have to accept at Walmart, Starbucks or McDonald’s in order to pay your bills to avoid becoming homeless. Well that’s for fired Amazon employees not already living in your Mom’s basement, garage or shed in backyard.

Re-read: Those who leave Amazon will be fine, if not better off in time. Disciplined knowledge workers don't need to be somewhere specific to get good work done, but heavily invested bigwigs need commercial real estate for wealth, tax, and ego purposes.
Saying you must be in a certain place to do good work is like saying you must be at a church to talk to God. It's a silly and hollow notion.
No one cares what you think. Just because u a loser doesn’t mean everyone else are.
Microsoft, Meta or Google aren’t going to waste their time hiring rejects that work at Amazon or the Amazon dummy’s that were fired for whining about returning to their office.
You all are going to end up in truck driving school.

A lot of average, more likely below average Amazon Work from Home Slackers posting on here are having wet-dreams thinking they are Stars and will quit their Amazon job so not to return to the office. Then experiencing further wet-dreams, they think they can easily apply and be hired at Microsoft, Meta or Google because they worked at Amazon.
Earth to Amazon Slackers. Not gonna be easy or be successful for most. You are going to end up competing for jobs at other companies with your former Amazon slackers who plan to quit their jobs too. For jobs paying over $100K a six month or longer job search is average. Having quit or plan to quit your Amazon job puts you at a disadvantage. Microsoft, Meta or Google will quickly figure out what’s going on, and likely offer low-ball salaries for remote jobs. Those companies can wait you out longer than you can wait them out. Next stop when you can’t pay your rent or mortgage is homeless or moving back into Mom’s basement.

The way you write makes it sound as if you barely earned a GED. Go read a book.

“ Microsoft also has better WLB and health care benefits, so you can have/get a life.”
Have you not heard?
Microsoft also has better WLB and health care benefits, so you can have/get a life.
Come on.. It's not that hard to get a job at Microsoft. Millions have done so. Submit your resume, take a few interviews, work remotely. Takes as little as one month.
Kinda harsh but accurate.
“Why isn’t anyone listening my d-mb advice 😭😭 Everyone please listen me! Please quit and go to Microsoft😢. You all should quit because I said so!! 😡 if not I’ll tell my mom! 👊 please I have no life but to try to convince people to quit because I got fired. Because I got fired for su-king at my job, I want everyone else to quit 😭😭 please listen me!! Why isn’t anyone listening to me? 😭 you all hurt my feelings! 👶😭“ - OP
All you need to know about Amazon employees is that they can get jobs elsewhere. Haven't you heard about that or are you being delusional/smug?
Several things I have picked up reading these posts.
- Amazon employees are downright smug.
- Amazon employees are highly delusional because they believe their value to the company is wayyy more than it actually is.
- Most Amazon employees I observed in the office COVID before they went remote are average at best if even that. So now these average employees think they are top performers now since working remote. All I got to say to those Amazon employees is once a Slacker Always A Slacker.
Reality is going to hit these Amazon Slackers hard on January 2nd when they get fired for cause for not returning to the Amazon office they are assigned to.
And lastly you bozo are never ever going to be offered a job at Microsoft.

There are lot of mental disorders going on. Here we have someone so upset because he still has a fairly comfortable office to return to.
Look or get another job? Walmart sounds good. Andy and Matt can do Starbucks or McDonalds. BTW, after past salaries, risk of being homeless is very low.
Matt? Andy? Which one of you or your minions is posting on the layoff?
This is, by far, the worst thing I’ve ever read on this forum. The level of misinformation and the lack of basic understanding shown here are astonishing. I’m genuinely surprised that such misguided perspectives can be posted with so much confidence. It’s not just incorrect; it completely misses the mark on so many levels. Good luck everyone!
OP - “Everyone quit so I can keep my job.”
