Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

SOMETHING SMELLS…

I left Apache in the dust 9 years ago and never looked back. Apparently MH was a cake walk compared to the clowns running HR now. What a complete disgrace!!

Sadly, the first comment is very accurate. If that team put the same amount of effort into building a productive culture as they do tearing others down, the department would look very different. The foundation of the HR team is built on fear and hypocrisy. As soon as someone is recognized for good work, the HRLT feels threatened and starts to angle to eliminate the person. It has happened time and time again.

I can attest, the current HR staff is a complete joke along with the rest of the administrative staff. People ask why is Apache not being bought, companies don’t want to buy a dumpster fire. The ASSETS are the worst in the industry.

“Never looked back,” except for when you sought out the company’s layoff.com page, read up on HR activities, and took a shot at a group of people you don’t know. Other than that, you’ve never given Apache a second thought.
