TCS Infosys remote hiring

I’ve noticed more remote contractors hired. Needless to say how unqualified they are. Why are they being hired remote if FTE are being made to live under fear of layoffs and RTO?

They are cheap and do the job. Reason why most people buy things

Offshore has got to go. You get what you pay for. Stop boasting about being technically included. The quality of work is horrific.

TCS engineers in India make around $16.75 an hour. They’d earn around $78-$82 an hour in the US. You do the math.

I did contract work and I am here to tell you it is no better. Same constant concern of losing your job and barely any training.

You're almost answering your own question. The layoff fear for FTE will become reality.

Money. Theey don't get benefits or paid time off. They can be let go at anytime. Offshore are all agile and work in pods. When the project is done, the entire pod is gone. Can't wait to see how some people moved under DDAT are going to manage since their knowledge of IT dates back to mainframe and year long waterfalls
