Intel hasn’t had either since 2016.
This is what happens when you CPM your best and brightest in favor of cheaper not bright at all Engineers in order to save money.
Do we have reports from the OEMs or this is still black marketing by AMD fans? Besides this paid silly goose from Moore law is dead. I can take any chip, set up voltage to overheat levels and chip will be unstable. I really recommend to check out some real research not YouTube videos made by amateurs.
I have Pentium I and II processors that still work. Guess those days are gone.
Since it’s a national security (chip manufacturing), the deal may get through…
