Unhealthy environment! I suggest employees in the bank to leave as well, more importantly WEST BRIGHTON, No manager, they said she is on sick leave, from the time she had left the bank it has been utmost difficult to deal with this branch! I have been banking for over 30 years, my parents siblings and children! We have never been treated in such a bad manner! Why does the assistant manager allow this behavior? This is the worse customer service experience I’ve ever experienced! Please someone give me customer service number. I want to file a complain for this management. I have seen many many people in similar situation. Otherwise we decide to leave. This is discrimination. Please give me a number for customer service.
